• Item never arrived, or isn’t as described — report it from the listing or order page, and cancel for a refund if it hasn’t been delivered yet.
• Trouble with payment or payout — check that your card, mobile money, or payout details are correct in your profile.
• Someone breaking the rules — use Report listing or Report user; our admin team reviews every report.
